School Fees Policy

Janimax School Complex is committed to providing a transformative, Christ-centred education of the highest quality. Our fee structure is designed to be sustainable, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional academic resources while remaining accessible to our community. This policy outlines the financial guidelines, payment procedures, and obligations of parents and guardians to ensure the efficient operation of our academic programs.

To ensure the consistent delivery of our curriculum and the maintenance of our facilities, we require strict adherence to the following financial timeline:

• Full Payment: All school fees must be paid in full by the first day of the academic term.
• Admission & Re-entry: A full term's fees are payable regardless of the student's specific date of admission, re-entry, or withdrawal during the term.
• Late Payment Penalty: To maintain operational excellence, a surcharge of 10% may be levied on any outstanding fees not settled within the first week of the term.

In line with our commitment to integrity and support, we recognize that families may occasionally face financial challenges.

• Instalment Applications: Parents seeking an alternative payment schedule must apply in writing to the Account Office by the conclusion of the preceding term and complete the School Fees Part-Payment Undertaking Form.
• Bursaries and Merit Awards: Janimax School Complex offers a limited number of bursaries and merit-based awards for students demonstrating exceptional academic promise or significant financial need. These are granted at the sole discretion of the Board of Governors.
• Family and Staff Discounts: We provide special consideration for staff members and families with four or more biological children enrolled at the school.

To ensure security and transparency, Janimax School Complex accepts cash payments on the school premises only.

• Designated Channels: Payments must be made exclusively through our official designated bank accounts or our verified Mobile Money platform.
• Verification: Following any payment, the parent or guardian must present the validated pay-in-slip, clearly indicating the student's name and identification number to the Accounts Office for formal processing and receipt.

• New Admission Fees: Registration and initial admission fees are due in full prior to the student's first day of attendance.
• Withdrawal Notice: A formal, written notice of withdrawal is required at least one full term in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in the liability of one full term's fees in lieu of notice.
• Non-Payment and Arrears: Consistent with our high standards, continued enrolment is contingent upon good financial standing. Learners with fee arrears for two consecutive terms will have their admission status reviewed, which may lead to formal withdrawal from the school.
• Reservation of Place: Students who fail to report for classes within two weeks of the official reopening date without prior written approval may forfeit their enrolment position. Furthermore, learners absent for an entire academic year must pay all applicable fees upon their return to guarantee a reserved seat.
